She has since practised Osteopathy in Sussex (where she was born with Indian spiritual origins), worked in New Zealand and also worked as a volunteer paediatric Osteopath in Harley Street, London and as a volunteer cranial osteopath in the slum shanty towns in Africa.

Aaras favours working intuitively, using very gentle, non-invasive osteopahic approaches, mainly cranial osteopathy which she finds effective in treating a wide spectrum of imbalances, some of these include:- inability to relax, stresses from back pain and other muscle and joint disorders, headaches arising from the neck/migraine prevention, digestive and circulatory imbalances.

As a reflective practitioner, her treatment approach helps patients regain their sense of 'self' or what cranial osteopaths term 'mid-line' to restore their true innate potential.
